Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support one of our clients with daily financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong bookkeeping skills, proven accuracy in financial recordkeeping, and the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice processing, billing, collections, and vendor payments
Maintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy of all financial entries
Prepare and reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and financial accounts
Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports
Support month-end and year-end close processes
Process payroll or coordinate with third-party payroll providers
Maintain organized financial records in compliance with accounting standards
Assist with budget tracking, cash flow monitoring, and variance analysis
Collaborate with external accountants during audits or tax filing
Provide administrative support for financial operations as required
Qualifications
Required
2+ years of experience as a Bookkeeper
Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks Desktop
Strong Excel
High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Strong communication skills and professionalism
